dc.description.abstract本論文中,主要是研究如何建立一套近場光學顯微鏡系統 及其一些特 性分析。 我們將描述此系 統如何從設計、組裝,以至於系統 完成的整個過程,包括所用之回饋系 統及電腦軟體控制。 此外,我們利用在近場中作用力的特性配合一市 售的音 叉,設計了一套全由電子式鎖相迴路控制的回饋系統,進 行樣品表面掃描。 最後 ,我們也將探討不同回饋方式的優缺點及其三 維掃描結果,並說明我們 所得的光學影像結果。而此套顯 微鏡系統未來將可廣泛地應用到許多 領域中,作為一相當 有力的工具。 In this thesis , we haved accomplished the construction of the Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope ( SNOM ) and examined its characteristics .We will describe the buildup process of the SNOM system ,such as : system design and assembly , in particular the feedback system and computer software . We also designed a new feedback system based on electronic phase-locked loop ( PLL ) technique with a commercial tuning fork to scan the surface of sample . Finally , we investigated the advantage/disadvantage of the different types of feedback system for 3-D topographic image .Expermental results are analyzed .zh_TW
