dc.description.abstract	From the development of the Multi-media, Internet and Video Conference, we can find that the present of the POTS, even ISDN network, is unable to satisfy the requirement of bandwidth and speed. Only can B-ISDN meet the need. In addition to Telcos, CATV is another expectation to offer bandwidth. This research would base on policy, techonolgy and market to discuss individual merits and shortcomings from the feasible bandwidth structure---- ADSL, FTTC, HFC . Also, in the development of broadband network, the interactive relations between cable TV companies and telcos will be examined.	zh_TW
