摘要: | 精密儀器為一整合型產業,多樣少量及技術密集是其產業特性.我國將該產 業列入十大新興工業之一,以科技專案委託研究機構做技術發展;然因技術 多樣使開發流程複雜化,相形之下產品上市速度,價格,及品質性能之不確 定性提高,會降低廠商承接技術並投資生產之意願.因此如何確保研發成果 之品質,以適時量產而進入市場,為開創產業及提升產品競爭力之重要課 題.精密儀器產業之設計品保系統,是以設計為中心之工作展開,建立產業 共通性之設計驗證制度與工具,同步工程整合,產品生命週期資訊整合,以 上三者是系統主要構成主軸.本文進一步探討此三個分系統之間關係,並研 提導入儀器開發之步驟與所需之模組工具.最後將其結果做成研究推展及 後續實證方向之建議. In Taiwan, Precision instruments industry is one of tenth emerging industries.Its characteristics of synthetic R&D activities, more types with small quantityfor each product, and technology-intensive are significant. Although some R&D institutes take responsibilities for developing new instruments by MOEA projects,but much of uncertainties reduce the willing of technology transfer in theproduct prototyping and pilot production stages due to the absence of the overallconsideration of the speed, cost, quality, and performance with which the product brought to market. As a result, there is a great need for a systematic methodand comprehensive design QA process that holds great potential for improving the development performance. The objective of the paper is to identify product realization process, to reviewthe specific issues from each design phase, to discuss the analysis frameworkfor shortening product developmenttime and cost, including the systematic flowsand basic tools for generating a set of model-based design QA system.An applicablemodule has been developed for optimum design which illustrates the methodologyextension where the reliability relationship is established. |
