dc.description.abstract電解研磨技術(Electrolytic In-process Dressing)解決了傳統研磨技術 削銳耗費過多時間以及無法研磨出鏡面的缺點,而且研磨出的鏡面可以兼 顧幾何精度與平坦度上的要求。但是此電解研磨技術至今還沒有一個方法 可以求得電解過程中最佳的電壓電流設定,傳統所使用的電解研磨電源供 應器無法在此方面研究提供適當的彈性,且體積與重量過於龐大。本論文 針對傳統電解研磨所使用的電源供應器缺點作出改進,利用Buck- Current-Fed full bridge 交換式電源供應器為核心,針對電解研磨技術 的需求設計出一個良好的實驗平台,提供電解研磨研究之用。最後並利用 此電源供應器模擬傳統的電解研磨電源供應器,應用於實際研磨,驗證此 電源供應器確實可用於電解研磨之上,並為未來電解研磨的研究提供一個 很具彈性的電源供應器。 The traditional grinding technology require too much time in dressing and cannot grind mirror surface. Electrolytic In-process Dressing (ELID) grinding technology provides a good solution for these drawbacksof traditional grinding technology, but the best sets of voltage andcurrent of ELID power supply for ELID grinding technology is still unknown now. The traditional ELID power supply cannot provide enough flexibilityfor ELID research. In this thesis, a new ELID power supply is implemented,and the topology used for this power supply is buck- current-fed full bridgeswitching mode power supply . Finally it is found that this new ELID powersupply simulates traditional ELID power supply in practical grinding, which can be an excellent experiment table and have more flexibility for further ELID research.zh_TW
