dc.description.abstract | 中文摘要 近年来学界有许多相关论述集中于讨论产品的软硬体介面互动与使用绩效之间的关连性,但对于产品使用性的探讨,除了产品本身介面设计与使用绩效值得探讨外,影响使用绩效的使用者心智模型亦是值得讨论的一环,使用绩效为使用者心智模型外化的呈现结果,相同设计所得到的使用结果,随着使用者所拥有的心智模型不同,优缺好坏并非一致,使用者的心智模型对于使用者如何使用、操作一产品,影响甚钜,而一产品设计之初,本身的概念模型与使用者的心智模型相互吻合的程度,也会进阶影响设计的决策。 本研究目的在于提出有效的方法能够呈现使用者的心智模型;同时以此研究方法探讨有无使用传统单眼相机经验之中年族群对于数位相机的心智模型是否有不同,瞭解使用者心智模型对于使用操作认知的影响程度。 研究实验进行首先主要以Observation of task performance与think aloud / teaching back纪录受访者使用数位相机之过程,之后再针对录影资料进行归纳整理,接下来利用Visual card sorting technique与Ordered tree technique得到受访者所认知数位相机功能架构与操作流程,整理归纳后与录影资料汇整,发现有无使用传统单眼相机经验之中年族群对于数位相机的心智模型个别的特点与彼此之间的差异在于:虽然实验中受访者所建立的心智模型均不完全符合数位相机原本的设计模型,但有使用传统单眼相机经验之中年族群的确能建构出较详尽且完整、合理的心智模型。 关键字:使用认知、心智模型、数位相机、中年族群 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract Many studies about User’s Interface focused on the relations of software interface and hardware interface or the effect of usage. But user’s mental models is the real reason that influenced those issues. The same design or product used by different people which have different user’s mental models would caused different result. User’s mental models influence that people how to use a product very much. The degree of how much the design models of product mach user’s mental models, also could influence the design strategy. This research tries to provide useful techniques in sequence that can elicit user’s Mental Models. And discuss the difference of user’s Mental Models of two kind of middle-agers : the people which have used tradition camera and the people which have not used tradition camera to digital camera. Make sure the influence of Mental Models on perception of product usage. The research consists of two experiments, the first of which is combine two techniques :observation of task performance and think aloud (teaching back) to record the condition that how middle-agers use digital camera, and analyze the recorded date. The second experiment is combine two techniques : visual card sorting technique and ordered tree technique to get the function structure of digital camera that middle-agers apprehend and the operation process while middle-agers used digital camera. After analyze the date gat from two experiments, the difference of user’s Mental Models of two kind of middle-agers to digital camera are that mental models of the people which have used tradition camera are more complete and clear than the mental models of the people which have not used tradition camera.
