dc.description.abstract | 在本文裡,我們針對訊號升降頻進行實務設計。包括NTSC、H.261、 PAL、SECAM、MPEG、LD、電影等視訊掃描頻率的多種不同標準,以及數位 相機信號處理升降頻的實務設計要求,同時為了降低設計上硬體的複雜度 ,提出了一項新的方法,不僅架構簡單,而且對於升頻四倍至降頻四倍之 間的任何比例之升降頻動作都能夠適當的處理,同時也有相當不錯的畫質 。在實際應用上,我們進行了MPEG2 解碼器輸出介面的積體電路設計,其 為解碼器的一部份。功能是控制輸出畫面和週邊元件的同步、控制畫面在 螢幕上的位置、選擇部份畫面放大輸出、色訊號的內插及畫面長寬比的轉 換,同時已完成整體介面的gate level的模擬。另外,在數位照相機的影 像處理部份,我們針對了kodak 的數位相機的鏡頭,依照其取樣的資料格 式進行linear space的模擬與評估。在升頻部份,我們整合了色調內插與 色彩校正兩個重要架構,將運算量減至極低。同時在整體的架構上,我們 也化簡了傳統數位照相機的架構,降低硬體面積的需求。 In the thesis, MPEG2 output display unit for scan rate and color spaceconversions is designed. A new up/down-sampling filter structure is proposedto facilitate the conversion, which can properly resize images in the scalerange of 1/4 and 4. The scale range almost covers the wide specturm of existing video standards including NTSC, H.261, PAL, SECAM, MPEG, LD, andmovie. For design practice, we implement a video output interface for MPEG2decoder. Its function is to synchronize the output picture to the peripheraldevice; position the picture on the screen and resize the selected part of the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9. Furthermore, the Kodak CCD-sensed image pixel processings, hue interpolation and color correction are designed andintegrated.
