摘要: | 如何在有限資源下提高產出與降低生產週期時間,是晶圓製造廠提高 市場競爭力的最重要條件.而利用投料方法來改善生產績效可獲得較大的 成效.但在目前的投料方法中,往往僅是針對生產線目前的瓶頸資源做投 料上的控制.而現今的生產環境中產品組合變化迅速,生產線會因短期產 品組合變化或是投料順序的不同,使得非瓶頸資源產生在製品堆積的現象 而形成暫時新瓶頸或是瓶頸轉移. 本研究利用原始投料計畫表的構建 來維持瓶頸資源的利用率,再利用修正投料計劃表對主要產品投料數量與 時點上的修正來預防非瓶頸製程步驟成為暫時新瓶頸或瓶頸轉移而降低了 系統績效. 從模擬的結果中可看出,(1)使用本投料模式後可以顯著 降低平均生產週期時間與平均等候時間,並且能有效減少在製品量.(2) 本投料模式的確在預防非瓶頸資源產生在製品堆 積而形成暫時新瓶頸或 是瓶頸轉移上有顯著的效果. The objective of this research is to develop an order releaseing method to prevent from temporary bottleneck occurring for wafer fabrication factories.We generate an initial release schedule using modified SA method; and then adjust the initial released schedule to prevent sub-bottleneck from becoming a new bottleneck. The revised schedule can ensure the bottleneck utilizationand the system throughput; and also maintain a desired cycle time. A new order release method is proposed to avoid the high WIP of the sub-bottleneck so as to protect the performances of bottleneck and ensure the performances of the whole fab. From the experimental results, a lower cycle time and WIP level was obtained and throughput was also maintained as comparedwith initial release schedule and uniform principle. |
