dc.description.abstract網路、多媒體、半導體三者,與人類之生活息息相關,可以說是未來最具 發展潛力的三大領域,本研究之教材製作以「半導體製程概論」為主題, 透過生動活潑的多媒體表達,並經由網路為媒介來傳播,將三大領域做了 有效的整合。本研究之教材分為IC應用簡介、元件操作原理、IC製程技術 與IC電路設計等四大單元,透過動態媒體如動畫、視訊、音訊及靜態媒體 如圖片、文字、影像之製作,經由HTML與Java整合後,將整套教材置於全 球資訊網(WWW)上,同時也增加討論區、問題與解答、搜尋等功能。網 址為http://140.113.31.246。 Network, Multimedia, and Semiconductor products are closely related to our daily life and their future are quite promising. The objectives of this study are to develop and implement a multimedia courseware on semiconductor fabrication in World Wide Web(WWW).The multimedia courseware is composed of four topics : (1)Introduction to IC applications, (2)Device theory, (3)IC fabrication technology, and (4)IC circuit design. The course materials are first represented with dynamic media(e.g., animation, video, and audio)and static media (e.g., graphic, text, and image), then they are integrated by HyperText Markup Language(HTML) and Java to put them on WWW. We also provide some other functions such as discussion area, Question and Answer(Q& A), and search. The Uzh_TW
