推廣辦公室自動化管理系統之研究－以工研院材料所為例

Abstract

企業組織以往是以人工傳遞工文件，而現今則藉由電腦與網路作為資訊的 傳遞工具。伴隨著網路通訊的進步，組織內外的業務溝通因此也邁進了資 訊化、自動化的時代。辦公室自動化所帶來的方便，固然可讓企業的生產 力提高，但是，在推動這樣的一項計劃時，若無事先深入的評估和規劃， 則這項計劃實行的美意，可能會帶來負面的效果。同時，推展OA的進行步 驟，也是辦公室自動化成功與否的重要關鍵。因此，本論文將針對辦公室 自動化的規劃、執行與成效評估，作一完整的探討。再引用工研院材料所 推行辦公室自動化的範例，說明整個OA推廣計畫、執行，以及達到辦公室 自動化目的的經驗。期望提供給計畫推行OA的單位參考。本研究預期貢獻 包括：1.提供實施OA的具體規劃建議。2.提供具體可行的OA推廣模式。3. 提供OA實施成效的檢驗工具。 Messages and ideas exchange used to be documents hand carried by messenger or couriers , now computers and network can do the job in seconds. Office autom-ation can certainly increase an organization*s productivity. However, withoutcareful planning and assessment, it could such organization*s operations.The purpose of this thesis was to systemize the procedures of OA planning, execution and performance evaluation. The successful OA deployment experience of ITRI/MRL was analyzed to back up the OA deployment model proposed. The expectant contribution are:1.
