dc.description.abstract本論文探討高速噴墨印表機伺服系統非線性數學模式的建立,與速度 控制系統的分析設計及合成的方法。第一部分是針對印表機的伺服系統建 立一個含有線性及非線性部份的數學模式、第二部份是控制器設計及軟體 的模擬、最後是硬體環境的合成及控制器實驗。首先根據系統的物理特性 建立系統的線性與非線性模式,由簡單的正、反向步階實驗,以時域的計 算方式,配合最小方差法估計系統的線性參數,非線性部份則經由直接量 測加入系統中。在控制器設計方面則採用傳統的比例--積分及相位落後控 制,配合輸入波形,針對系統非線性的部分做一些修正,在噴墨頭穩態速 度為42.34 cm/sec, 60.96 cm/sec及83.82 cm/sec時,使其加速區範圍分 別小於0.8 cm, 1.3 cm, 及2.0 cm, 最大超越量及穩態誤差則保持在±5% 之內。完整伺服控制系統硬體的實現以Lexmark公司所生產的Exec-Jet 4076 IIc彩色噴墨印表機為基準,包含有馬達、傳動皮帶、噴墨頭及墨水 匣、光學尺..等等,配合馬達電流(電壓)驅動器及以8051為主的控制器 硬體合成部份。實驗結果顯示:噴墨頭的加速區寬度,在傳統比例--積分 (PI)及相位落後(Phase-Lag)控制下,應用不同的控制輸入波形,可 以改善因系統摩擦力所引起的延遲現象,達到預期的標準。穩態的等速度 控制,則在應用一階濾波器改善光學尺量測的誤差之後,而有不錯的效果 。 In this thesis, we consider the modelling, controller design, and hardware implementations of nonlinear servo systems for a color inkjet printer. The mathematical model includes linear and nonlinear parts. The linear part is a simple first order dynamics with parameters estimated by unit step response. The nonlinear part describes Coulomb frictions. Two types of controllers are designed : the proportional plus integral ( PI ) controller and the phase-lag controller. The controllers are implemented using an 8051 microprocessor. Both current drivers and voltage drivers are used in the experiments in which an Exec-Jet 4076 IIc hardware is used. Experiments show that designs are satisfactory, and the performance of the two types of controllers are compared.zh_TW
