dc.description.abstract本論文使用耦合微帶線和共源並聯式回饋電路來製作微波振盪器,再 加上壓變二極體適當地選取在諧振腔的恰當電路位置上,使得整個電路較 傳統集總式電路之壓控振盪器有著較低的相位雜訊.在100KHz之頻率偏移 之下,其相位雜訊大約有-105dBc/Hz.又因為壓變電容是屬於hyperabrupt 的接面二極體,整個電路之電壓從2V到7.5V的頻率調變線性度都在正 負0.35%以內. In this thesis a VCO using a resonator consisting of coupled microstriplines and a shunt feedback circuit at the common source mode is fabricated.Carefully choosing the position of the varactor diode in the tank also makesthe VCO's phase noise better than the conventional lumped circuit VCO.The VCO shows a phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at an offset frequency of 100KHz.Because the varactor diode is a hyperabrupt junction diode, the tuninglinearity of voltage modulation from 2V to 7.5V is less than 0.35%.zh_TW
