摘要: 松山機場目前面臨跑道容量不足之問題,本研究利用松山機場航機實 際起降資料與氣象觀測資料,對松山機場10跑道容量做分析,將氣象條件 分為目視飛航天氣、臨界目視飛航天氣、儀器飛航天氣、低儀器飛航天氣 情況等四類,同時,將連續兩航機之起降型態亦分為連續降落、降落起飛 、起飛降落與連續起飛等四種,研究結果顯示,在現有條件下,松山機場 若以50-50 起降方式運作,其起降容量可達每小時43-49 架次。其次,統 計檢定顯示,四種起降型態之隔離時間與飛航天氣情況並無顯著差異( p>0.05),究其原因乃是受到機場起降上限之限制,而除了低儀器飛航天 氣情況外,在其他三類飛航天氣情況下,部份起降型態之隔離時間有顯著 差異(p<0.05)。 Sungshan airport faces the runway capacity shortage. In this study, the actual arrival-departure data and meteorological observation data of Sungshan airport were used to analyze runway 10 capacity. We divided meteorological conditions into four categories --- visual flight rules (VFR), marginal visual flight rules (MVFR), instrument flight rules (IFR) and low instrument flight rules (LIFR). The arrival-departure of two successive flights also divided into four patterns --- successive arrival, arrival/departure, departure/arrival and successive departure. Results revealed that Sungshan airport runway capacity can reach 43-49 flights per hour with 50-50 arrival-departure pattern under different meteorological conditions. The separation intervals of four arrival-departure patterns were not significant difference (p>0.05) with four meteorological categories. Except to low instrument flight rules, the separation intervals of some arrival-departure patterns were significant difference (p<0.05) among three other kinds of meteorological categories.
