Traditionally, companies need to get together all employees in the same place and same time for corporate training. It is inconvenient for business arrangement because of inflexibility, and it is not a cost-effective way. In digital era, just-in-time training becomes a basic survival need and critical strategy. This thesis focuses on e-learning systems. In research, an e-learning system is adopted for corporate use studied on human resource management. A questionnaire is applied in researching attitudes of industry employees toward corporate e-learning systems. The implementation results demonstrate that the integrated system can reduce travel time and training cost, train employees in any place and time, and increase data integrity. The questionnaire results show that 82.8% interviews approve “a corporate e-learning system is beneficial for HR analysis and assignment.” Chi-square test indicates no variance with the question between men and women. 86.2% interviews approve “a corporate e-learning system is helpful for improving job skills.” Chi-square test indicates a variance with the question between men and women. Results also indicate that most interviews take positive attitudes toward effect of corporate e-learning upon human resource management.
