台灣變壓器廠商擴大營運規模之規劃

Abstract

近年來台灣變壓器內需市場需求漸緩。京都協議通過後，日本政府修訂環境政策，要求在2006年以前將全國所有350萬到500萬台舊式變壓器更換成節能高效之變壓器，並將在2010年開始對未遵守之企業處以罰責，此政策是台灣變壓器業者的一項契機。台灣目前能設計製造出節能高效變壓器的廠商有四家，而X公司挾其優異之設計與製造技術已成功進入日本市場。

本研究透過探討台灣變壓器產業狀況與競爭狀況，指出產業界的技術發展與國際市場趨勢，以及台灣變壓器業者應發展的方向。並利用五力與價值鍊分析有別於一般傳統業者、作大量研發投入與市場規格開拓的X公司之營運狀況：如何因應全球為滿足京都協議而開創的高效率節能變壓器市場商機—藉由資金挹注與技術結合，讓變壓器業界之最優異的X公司，擴張營運規模、提升其日本市場佔有率、往上游材料非晶質鐵心整合、快速提升成為業界的國際公司。

本研究藉著分析資金利用之可能方式與策略，以及對其營運影響之分析，建議X公司引進成本最低、品質最高、風險最小的資金以及營運拓展策略。

Domestic electricity usage was growing moderately each year in Taiwan while the order of transformers by Taiwan Power was not keeping up the speed that it should be. Japan has committed in Kyoto Agreement to reduce carbon-dioxide emission significantly which resulted in a government mandate to replace all old-fashioned, energy-inefficient transformers with high-efficient transformers by 2006. This promised a market size of 3.5 ~ 5 million units of high-efficient transformers.

In Japanese transformer market, there are only Hitachi and X-Company of Taiwan that can manufacture top-quality Amorphous Metal Ventilated Dry Type transformers.

This thesis investigated the market demand, technology trend, and the cost-benefit trade-off analysis of high-efficient transformer. The strengths and opportunities of X-Company suggested that it is in a good position to capture the Japanese high-efficient transformer market with sufficient capital investment.
