以實驗法探討Web為基礎之教育訓練電腦態度與電腦媒介訓練績效之研究

Abstract

This study focused on the attitude of web-based education training and its performance.An experiment was implemented in this research. The testers were divided into two groups: MIS group and non-MIS group.The experiment results of these two groups were discussed separately.There were several variables to be measured in the experiment,they included sexuality, age, education level, an experience of computer usage and train experiences.After analyzing the results, there were several conclusions obtained :The education level has a obvious reciprocation both in the MIS and non-MIS departments.For the MIS staffs, there is a phenomena emerges: more experienced in computer usage,fewer confidence and liking in computer usage. This experiment investigated the MIS staffs in the Hsin-Chu Science-based Park and it reflected that a work experienceof an employee would not be positive help in the computer liking and confidence.In additions, there was no obvious relationship between the interface feasibility and information representation. But the computer attitude closely related to the computer media training. This study suggested businesses to evaluate the possibility of computer mediatraining and encourage the employees who have no experience in computer usage to contact computers. There is a close relationship between the computer attitude and computer media training. Therefore, it should bring up the positive computer attitudewhen a beginner learns a computer. This will enhance the performance of computer media training.
