摘要: 在本論文中吾人利用CPW串聯開路支線作為匹配元件來設計毫米波共平面 低雜訊放大器;另外,在串聯開路支線級間匹配網路的架構之下,我們也 發展出一套有效可以設計出寬頻多級放大器的匹配方法。由電路量測結果 顯示,以傳統hybrid的方式製作之毫米波共平面串聯支線低雜訊放大器其 優異的表現(高增益與低雜訊指數)並不亞於利用MMIC製作之毫米波低雜訊 放大器。 In this thesis, we use CPW series open stubs as matching elements to design the millimeter-wave coplanar low noise amplifier. At the same time, we develop an effective matching skill that can design the broad- band multi-stage low noise amplifier by using coplanar series open stub as the element of the interstage matching network.The measurement results show that the excellent performance (high gain and low noise figure) of the hybrid MIC millimeter-wave low noise amplifier using coplanar series open stub is comparable with that of the MMIC millimeter-wave low noise amplifier.
