dc.description.abstract由於消費者對於衣著服飾愈來愈講究,為了迎合顧客的需求和爭取訂單,紡織業者之間的競爭也日益激烈,莫不以縮短生產週期時間和提高達交率為努力的目標。經過我們的分析,紡織產業的特性主要有以下的四點:(1)紡織供應鏈的階層數多 (2)訂單導向的生產方式 (3)非標準產品 (4)成組交貨。成組交貨係指同訂單內的所有產品必須一齊交貨,不可分批,此為其中較獨特的特性。 本研究係針對一個多階層的紡織生產系統,以交期為考量來發展合適的派工法則;為了達成此目標,我們構建一個紡織生產系統的模擬模式。在模擬模式中,每個工段由四個在製品檔(WIP File)所組成,並且定義五種連結動作(operation)將各工段的在製品檔相互串連起來。此外,我們亦建立數個資料檔案(File)配合此模擬模式。有關派工法則的發展,我們主要有三點考量:交期、成組交貨、各工段的作業特性。本研究依據前述特性而發展數個派工法則,並且利用模擬模式來比較各派工法則的績效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDue to serious competition of the business environment, companies in textile industry are eager to reduce manufacturing cycle time and promote on time delivery. There are four characteristics in textile industry: (1) long supply chain (2) order-oriented production (3) no standard products (4) group delivery. Group delivery, an unique characteristic in textile industry, means the whole products in an order must be delivered simultaneously; that is, customers would not accept splitted order deliveries. The objective of this research is to study effective dispatching rules for a textile supply chain system. To achieve this objective, a paradigm for modeling the textile supply chain is proposed for computer simulation. The simulation paradigm, coded by a simulation software Simple++, involves 4 kinds of WIP files, 5 kinds of linking operations, and the needed reference files. Some dispatching rules which consider the characteristics of production flow and customer requirements are proposed and their performances are compared based on the simulation program.en_US
