摘要: 摘 要 在連續鍍鋅線上,為了保護鋅槽輥表面的使用,藉由高速火焰熔射所噴塗之瓷金塗層,來研究其塗層在鍍鋅浴內中,其塗層之抗鋅液沾附性。 本實驗是在探討使用高速火焰熔射噴塗之碳化鎢-鈷和碳化鎢-碳化鉻-鎳等瓷金塗層之各項性質。包含將噴塗物沈浸在480℃純鋅溶液或含0.1wt﹪鋁的鋅鋁熔液中,藉由掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)或電子探針微區分析儀(EPMA)之線性掃描(Line Scanning)來量測鋅之擴散層,並求出塗層之抗鋅沾附性。 實驗方法包含拉伸測試、微硬度量測、金相顯微觀察、表面粗糙度測試、孔隙率測試及鋅擴散層量測。 由實驗結果顯示,在熔射塗層表面之鋅擴散層的成長,是依賴鈷和鋅原子的介面擴散。且這些鋅擴散現象可藉由鋁液的加入,使擴散層被抑制。
ABSTRACT In order to protect the steel maker's sink rolls surface used in continuous hot-dip galvanising line, cermet coatings were prepared by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying process 。The purpose of this project is to study the anti-adhesion of Zn dross of the cermet coatings in the molten zinc bath。 This experiment was to explore the mechanical properties of WC-Co and WC-CrC-Ni cermet coating using High Velocity Oxygen Spraying process。The coated specimens were immersed in molten pure zinc or in the molten zinc-aluminum at 480℃。The Zn diffusion layer was messured by Line Scanning of Scanning Electron Microscape (SEM) and Electron Probe Microanalyzer (EPMA) 。The resistance of adhesion of Zn dross to the coating was also studied。 Experimental procedures included tensile test, microhandness test, optical metallographicoexamination, surface roughness test, porosity test and Zn diffusion layer test were conducted。 The experimental results showed that the diffusion layer was grown under the surface of the sprayed coatings that may depend on the interdiffusion of Co and Zn atoms。The phenomenon of this Zn diffusion added with Al in molten Zinc bath and the diffusion layer can be suppressed。
