摘要: 本文研究方向分为内胆设计与叠层研究两部分。内胆方面是利用短纤BMC(Bulk Molding Compound)做为压力容器的盖子而中间部分是利用缠绕式圆管来替代,之后将两部分结合再套上热缩套管就完成本文所用之内胆。叠层方面是先量取出缠绕前与缠绕后的曲线方程式,利用此曲线方程式算出极向缠绕时geodesic路径下的缠绕角度并透过周向缠绕的强化下,研究在两者相互搭配下所能承受之破坏强度。实验方面是利用四轴缠绕机器制作缠绕式复合材料压力容器并使用水压机进行涨破实验。
The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the mandrel design and laminated study of filament wound composite pressure vessels. In the mandrel, we use the BMC(Bulk Molding Compound)in the cover of pressure vessels. In the medium, we use the tube of filament wound. Joining two part and jacketing the heat-shrinkable tubing then we finish our mandrel. In the laminated, we calculate the curve equation of previously interwine and calculate the curve equation of futurity interwine. Using the curve equation to calculate the geodesic path in the Polar winding. We research the breaking strength of pressure vessels which convolve the Polar winding and the Hoop winding. In the experimentation, we use the winding machine to do our pressure vessels and use the hydraulic pressure machine to do breaking experimentation.
