Abstract

本論文可分兩個部分：第一個部分是關於超導體上的數值模擬，我們有一些在二維空間上的非線性偏微分方程的例子。另一個部分是關於半導體上的數值模擬，我們只呈現在網際網路上的半導體模擬元件的整體架構。

This thesis has two parts. One is concerned with the numerical simulations for superconductivity. We have some numerical experiments of nonlinearly partial differential equations in two-dimensional space. The other is concerned with the numerical simulation for semiconductivity. We only present the framework of the semiconductor device simulation on WWW.
