摘要: | 近年来,由于高功率二极体激发固态雷射其体积小、寿命长、输出光束品质佳且高效率等特性适用于各种不同的应用中,因而受到相当的重视。本论文致力于端面激发式高功率二极体激发固态雷射之研究,并且建立数学模式加以模拟分析。然而,在设计高功率固态雷射中,热因素的影响甚大,因而在架构高功率的固态雷射之前必先对热机致做详细的研究。 In recent years, development of solid-state lasers pumped by laser diodes have attracted much attention because of their compact, long-lived, good beam quality, and high efficient properties suited for various applications. This dissertation focuses on studying and modeling of high-power diode-end-pumped solid-state laser. However, power-scaling of diode-end-pumped solid-state lasers have been hindered by thermal problems. Before fabricating high-power diode-end-pumped solid-state laser, we should consider thermal issues first. |
