摘要: | 先进规划与排程(Advanced Planning and Scheduling;APS)软体是近来公认能有效规划工件生产排程的方式。对一套好的APS软体来说,其规划结果应能尽量靠近实际执行的结果。然而,在不同的生产情境中,APS软体的表现有可能会有不同。这种资讯对一个公司作APS软体选择的决策分析很有帮助,但是过去很少有这方面的研究。 本研究的目的在发展一个系统化的程序,来评估APS软体在不同生产情境下的表现。吾人经由系统化的文献回顾,提出生产情境的适当特性描述,来测试APS软体在晶圆制造厂的效能。本研究运用模拟程式来模拟工厂的运作,并产生实际的结果。一个匿名的APS软体被用来产生规划的结果。共有七个绩效指标被考虑,吾人对每一个绩效指标在不同生产情境下的表现进行因子效果分析。 Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software is a recently well recognized approach in planning the operation schedules of jobs. The planning results of an effective APS software should be as close as to the actual results performed in a factory. However, in various production scenarios, the performance of an APS software might be different. This information is very helpful for a company in the decision making of choosing an APS software, but is rarely investigated. This research aims to develop a systematic procedure for evaluating the performance of APS software under different production scenarios. We systematically review literature and propose an appropriate characterization of production scenarios for testing the effectiveness of APS software in an IC foundry. A simulation program is used to emulate the operation of a factory and generate the actual results. An anonymous APS software is used to generate the planned results. Seven performance indices are concerned, and for each index the performance evaluation results are analyzed in various design factors of production scenarios. |
