dc.description.abstract本研究旨在瞭解媒體組織女性雇員經歷性騷擾之頻率與種類,以及性騷擾經驗對於媒體組織女性雇員在上司滿意度、同事滿意度、整體工作滿意度上的影響。本研究使用問卷調查法,以方便樣本分別調查四家媒體組織女性雇員的性騷擾經驗、工作壓力、上司滿意度、同事滿意度以及整體工作滿意度,以瞭解性騷擾經驗對於這些不同面向的工作滿意度是否會有負面的影響。 研究結果發現媒體組織中有83.5%的女性雇員至少經歷一項以上的性騷擾行為。而且不論未婚或是已婚、管理階層或非管理階層、不同年齡的媒體女性雇員都可能經歷性騷擾。而媒體女性雇員經歷的性騷擾中以言詞上的性別騷擾最常見、其次是不欲的性注意,沒有人經歷過性脅迫形式的性騷擾。 在性騷擾的影響上,性騷擾對於媒體組織女性雇員的同事滿意度有最大的負面影響,其次是上司滿意度,但是對整體工作滿意度卻僅有些微的負面影響。此外,不同類型的性騷擾對於各個滿意度有不同的影響,性騷擾類型中的『不欲的性注意』對於各滿意度的影響最大、其次是『性企圖』,最後才是『性別騷擾』。不欲的性注意對於上司滿意度和同事滿意度及整體工作滿意度都有顯著負面影響、性企圖和性別騷擾則是對於同事滿意度有較大負面影響、對於上司滿意度只有部分負面影響、而對於整體工作滿意度皆沒有影響。整體而言,性騷擾對於同事滿意度的負面影響最大、其次是上司滿意度,對於整體滿意度的負面影響最小。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The main purpose of this study is examine the relationship between sexual harassment and job satisfaction, and the secondary purpose assess the status quo of sexual harassment in media organizations. A personal survey was conducted to collect data for the study. The data analysis shows that 83.5% of the respondents had experienced at least some types of sexual harassment in their working environments, indicating that sexual harassment in Taiwan’s media organizations is prevalent. This study found that the most frequent type of sexual harassment by female worker is gender harassment, the second most frequently unwanted sexual attention, and the least frequent sexual coercion. Further more, the study found that sexual harassment exerts an important influence on job satisfaction in media organizations. Most details are discussed in this paper.en_US
