摘要: | 企業流程通常是很複雜而且常常變動。工作流程技術能幫助人們減少企業流程進行時的錯誤與延遲。本論文中,我們探討一個工作流程管理系統-AgentFlow的設計與實作。此系統包含四個主要的部份:PDE、FormDesigner、FlowEngine以及Agenda。PDE是一個圖形化的編輯工具,用來編輯流程定義。FormDesigner負責整合各種的軟體元件,以建構出應用程式表單。FlowEngine提供了流程自動化、整合舊有系統、工作追蹤與監控以及執行記錄回饋等流程執行功能。Agenda則提供使用者界面與整合群組軟體。 Business processes are often complex and varying. Workflow technologies help people to minimize error and delay in the progress of a process within an enterprise. In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of a workflow management system, AgentFlow. There are four main components in this WFMS, including PDE, FormDesigner, FlowEngine and Agenda. PDE is a graphical editor for constructing process definition. FormDesigner takes the responsibility to integrate software components for building application forms. FlowEngine provides process automation, legacy system integration, tasks tracking and monitoring, and execution feedback for process enactment. Agenda supports a user interface and combines some group software. |
