運用資料轉換與網站技術提昇圖資作業管理績效之研究－以台電配電工程圖資為例

Abstract

本研究主要是探討配電自動圖資及設備管理系統(AM/FM)的資料轉換、建置流程及作業管理，藉由分析探討圖資建置相關問題及資訊科技之發展，並以台電配電工程圖資為例，提出配電圖資系統建置模式，該模式中包括前置作業、數化作業、系統發展、資訊整合、系統實施與系統管理等相關階段作業的施行及建議，文中更以實驗性質來建立一網站式配電圖資雛型系統以驗證其可行性及有效性。台電內部員工可經由一般電腦的瀏覽器及企業網路登入其網頁伺服器，來查詢既有配電自動圖資及設備管理系統中的圖形資料及屬性資料，且該網頁資料可隨時更新以保持與AM/FM的資料同步。 本論文即是希望經由配電圖資系統建置模式與網站式配電圖資雛型系統之研究建議，來協助台電各區營業處能順利的進行配電圖資電腦化作業，進而提昇圖資作業管理績效。

The major study is to research data conversion, installation procedure and operation management of Taiwan Power Company (TPC) automated mapping and facilities management (AM/FM) system. The AM/FM installation model was derived from study probing mapping problems and information technology. This model includes five operations: earlier operation, data conversion, system development, information integration, system implement and system management. Based on the Web-based technology and Intranet architecture，the study has developed a Internet AM/FM (I-AM/FM) system to integrate the TPC’s present AM/FM system by means of prototyping method. The research of the installation model and I-AM/FM prototype is assisting TPC’s districts to computerize the distribution mapping and promoting mapping operation management effects.
