摘要: | 本研究计划将对多重粒径悬浮液以一套应用散光原理的理论,建立量测多重粒径悬浮液粒子的浓度及粒径分布的理论。本文首先针对散射角度的方向做敏感度之分析,俾实验时可取得最佳的散射光量测点,以利于作逆运算分析。逆运算分析中我们量测散射光的强度大小并以其做逆运算分析,求得粒子浓度及粒径分布。其结果显示在粒径属于Rayleigh散射时,粒径参数分布描述穿透率及散射光强度的理论并不适用来逆运算浓度及粒径分布,跟Mie散射一起比较来看,Rayleigh散射对于散射角度的取舍只能取单一角度,其条件并不够来达到逆运算的目的,因此须其他方法来求得浓度,或者粒径分布,才可以进一步做逆运算分析。而在粒径属于Mie散射时,粒径参数分布和浓度所描述穿透率及散射光强度的理论,用最小平方误差法做逆运算时,须注意收敛条件的设定以求得精确的理论数值。 The present study is proposed in order to develop an optical transduction with use of scattering light for simultaneously measuring the concentration and particle-size distribution of a polydispersive suspension. The sensitivity coefficient along the direction of scattering angle is analyzed in order to get the best point of measuring in experiments. The result of particle-size in Rayleigh scattering regime shows that the use of transmittance and scattered intensity for inverse estimations of the concentration and particle-size distribution leads to multiple solution and may require the use of other theory for inverse estimation. While in Mie scattering regime, the use of scattered intensity and transmittance associated with a least square method is applicable for measuring the particle-size distribution and the concentration of a polydispersion. The accuracy of the present method is also analyzed. |
