摘要: 接單式生產是以顧客需求為出發進行設計及製造,其製造週期長,面臨的變數亦多於其他類型的生產型態。為正確、快速地掌控生產資訊,企業除選擇套裝軟體外,還需結合不同軟體使用,以建構出完整的生產資訊管理系統。 本研究目的是建立適用於訂單式生產之資料整合模式,透過此模式的設計,不僅提供管理者事前規劃所需之資訊、並在進度控管上提供管理者因應現場之狀況進行調整所需的資料與決策。 進行步驟:(1)比較訂單式生產與其他生產型態異同之處,並歸納其特性。本研究並針對其生產過程中資訊流的產生及整合進行分析;(2)依據訂單式生產之所需,勾勒出適合此種生產型態之六大步驟及其細項流程,並採用結構化、圖形化之IDEF0方法完整描述訂單式生產資料整合模式;(3)以T公司為對象進行實例驗證,透過本研究之生產資料整合模式,利用兩套應用軟體及自行撰寫輔助程式之搭配使用,建立適用於T公司作業需求之生產資訊管理系統,使公司在訂單執行的過程中掌控資訊,在滿足顧客需求下得以順利執行生產現場作業,並獲得良好的效益。 本研究之具體成果:(1)訂單式生產之特性分析;(2)生產資料整合模式建立;(3)T公司實際案例操作。
BTO (Build to Order) are manufactured and designed for customer's demand. It has longer cycle time and faces more variables than other production type. Besides using packages, enterprise should integrate different soft wares to get production information correctly and quickly and finally can construct complete production information managing system. The purpose of this paper is developing a production data integrated model that is suitable for BTO. This model provides information that a manger requires to know for pre-planning and also provides him the adjusted-for-real-situation information and decisions while progress control in production. Three phases in this paper: (1) Compare BTO with other production types and induce its characters. Then, analyze the information flow during production process in BTO. (2) We set six key steps and their detail process in accordance with requirements of BTO. We use IDEF0 Method in this paper, to completely describe the production data integrated model of BTO. (3) Implement the production data integrated model of BTO in this paper to T manufacturing company. Based on this model, we use two packages and program coded ourselves to establish a production information management system to fit the requirements of operation in T manufacturing company. This implement could help managers getting useful information during production process and let it be smoother. Achievements in this paper: (1) Analyzing characters of BTO; (2) Establish the production data integrated model; (3) Implement the model in T manufacturing company.
