dc.description.abstract壓控振盪器是目前廣泛使用的窄頻無線通訊系統中,必備的電路之一;而一個性能優越的壓控振盪器,幫助系統在日益擁擠的頻寬內,接收到正確的訊息。本論文針對2.4GHz無線區域網路的系統,設計性能較佳的壓控振盪器,並在設計過程中以降低製作成本為另一個考量;內容敘述微波振盪器的設計法、低雜訊的考量、以及電路模擬的步驟,最後討論設計成果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractVoltage control oscillator(VCO) is one of the necessary block of most popular wireless communication system today. A high performance VCO helps to read the message accurately from the crowded communication environment. In this thesis , we try to design a VCO with good performance and low cost for 2.4GHz WirelessLAN application. We discuss microwave oscillator design theory , low noise consideration , and design procedure using CAD tools. Finally , the measurement results of the made-up VCO and some experience are presented.en_US
