dc.description.abstract在本文中提出利用微波混成積體電路來設計S-Band溫度補償壓控震盪器。我們利用溫度補償性電容設計此壓控震盪器。軟體模擬的結果與實際量測的震盪頻率吻合。 此電路量測到的最大輸出功率為13dBm,頻寬為從2.37GHz到2.45GHz。相位雜訊在離主訊號100KHz處為-86dBc/Hz。頻率的偏移量在室溫從25度升至75度為0.5MHz。此為可大量且低價生產於商業應用的S頻段壓控震盪器。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we present a hybrid MIC S-Band temperature compensated VCO (voltage control oscillator). We use temperature compensated capacitor to design this VCO. The simulated results based on Microwave Office and measured oscillator frequency agrees excellently. The measured results show that the maximum oscillator output power is 13dBm and the bandwidth from 2.37GHz to 2.95GHz. The phase noise at 100KHz offset is –87dBc/Hz. The frequency offset is 0.5MHz when room temperature from to . It is feasible to product large volume, low cost S-band VCO for commercial application.en_US
