dc.description.abstract摘要       台電電力修護處提供電力設備的機動性維修及備品製造之成套服務,利用數位化儀器、機具設備可迅速且正確將電力設備的故障或不良點找出或修護,有效提昇修護品質,確保電力設備的可靠性,並縮短大修工期,增加客戶的經濟利益。為了解數位化儀器、機具設備應用是否融入組織的作業與管理中,本研究利用問卷調查法進行,參酌電力修護處的特質,以技術擴散和回饋兩向度建立融合程度量表,再以使用者群體、組織結構、任務和環境四個構面探討數位化儀器、機具設備應用融合的影響因素。研究結果顯示,電力修護處的技術融合平均3.15分(總分:5),為限定人員使用數位化儀器、機具設備應用在特定工作上,將結果資訊回饋供分析或設計施工改善,成為日常管理活動,並開始走向水平擴散。為使創新技術能在組織中實施成功,電力修護處需先有高程度的技術例行性,再求技術的高程度融合。加強不同性質的部門團隊合作、和部門內用正式的規章、規則與作業程序等溝通,並提高員工以組織利益為重的觀點,除追求績效外,也需重視員工個人成長的需求強度,加強訓練數位化技術的知識與技能,和提高對工作內容或環境之滿意度,才能提升數位化儀器、機具設備應用融合程度。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The Power Equipment Repair and Maintenance Department (abbr. PERAM) of Taiwan Power Company (abbr. TAIPOWER) provides the integrated package service of repair, maintenance and retrofit of power equipment. It applies the digital instrumental and tooling equipment to find or repair the fault locators or imperfections of power equipment quickly and correctly. It can increase the quality of maintenance and reliability of power equipment. It also can effectively decrease man-hours of overhaul, and increase the economical advantage of customer. Did the digital instrumental and tooling equipment’s application embedded within an organization’s operational and managerial work system? This research uses questionnaire method to investigate. It references the property of PERAM TAIPOWER, uses technological expansion and feedback to measure the level of infusion. And then, it uses user community factors, structural factors, task-related factors, environmental factors as independent variables, to study the influencing factors of infusion of digital instrumental and tooling equipment’s application. The result of this study shows average score for the level of technology infusion is 3.15 (total score is 5 points). It is restricted user community to apply the digital instrumental and tooling equipment in the specific work, and the result is feedback for analysis or redesigning improvement into a part of routine management activities. Now, It is expanding to the other user community. For ensuring implementation of the technological innovation in the organization success process, PERAM must antecedently occur to high level of routinization, then to seek the high level of technology infusion. To strengthen team cooperation between the different department, to formulize the rules or operational procedure for working communication, and to raise user community in consideration of the organization, also in addition to pursuing performance, PERAM need to emphasize individual growth need strength, to enhance training the digital technological knowledge and skills, and to increase level of satisfaction with the work contents or environment, in order to promote the level of infusion in digital instrumental and tooling equipment’s applications.en_US
