摘要: | 本研究以LS-DYNA有限元素分析软体,模拟流旋型加工制程,并探讨如何选定质量比例因子值及时间增量,来改善分析模拟效率。并进一步运用田口品质工程参数设计手法,探讨流旋型加工参数之影响及寻找制程的显着因子,以获得最佳加工参数,使三滚轮的接触合力最小,减少旋型加工机产生接触力的不平衡所造成的偏摆或振动现象。 The first objective of this research is to build a finite element analysis model for tube spinning by the LS-DYNA analysis software. The major concern is to choose mass scaling factor and time step for this model to enhance the analysis efficiency. The other objective of this research is to find the effects of parameters on tube spinning and to obtain the notable parameters by the method of Genichi Taguchi quality engineering parameter design. The result of optimum parameters for the model will minimize the resulting contact force and eliminate the phenomena of vibration which is caused by the unbalanced contact force of rollers of the tube spinning machine. |
