dc.description.abstract摘 要 在晶圓製造市場中,如何使各產品的交期準確性更高及產品週期的降低,是客戶滿意的重要因素,也是企業營運績效的重要指標,更是現今晶圓製造廠獲生存的利基之一。 在個案研究的八吋晶圓製造廠中,面臨生產模式的轉型(從少量多樣產品組合到多樣少量的產品組合),特別是小批量的產品常無法如期的完成,造成客戶的抱怨,甚至影響許多新產品導入的最佳時機,進而使企業損失了許多商機。本研究針對於小批量產品生產上許多不確定因素,尋求一個好的生產控管模式,運用限制理論的緩衝區管理,進而推演出整個晶圓製造廠生產管理的核心問題,針對於核心問題,提出解決對策,以及相關執行策略方法。 關鍵字:限制理論;緩衝區管理zh_TW
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT In a IC wafer company, how to reduce cycle time and achieve on time delivery is not only a key factor for satisfy customers requirement, but also a a “niche” for survive in the competitive environment. In this case study, a 8-inches wafer Fab is facing a typical problem that low quantity batch product can not meet on time delivery. Those problem causes customer complaint increase and new product introduction delay. More serious issue is that lots of potential business opportunity is missing as well. A TOC ( Theory of Constrain ) production solutions, buffer management and performance measurement metrics are applied here to resolve the problems. The results showed that TOC solution is feasible to improve production performance even in a IC wafer Fab.en_US
