半導體晶圓製造廠商關鍵經營要素之研究--以新竹科學園區為例

Abstract

本研究以半導體晶圓製造廠為對象，且以新竹科學園區為範圍。透過訪談晶圓製造廠商之管理經驗豐富的經理人與次級資料的蒐集，來探討半導體晶圓製造廠關鍵經營要素，分別從生產製造、行銷、組織、技術研究發展、財務及資訊等六個構面著手。 研究結果顯示，半導體晶圓製造廠商關鍵經營要素分別為：在生產製造方面：製程良率。在技術研究發展方面：重視研發及高階基礎研究人力延攬，在行銷方面：結盟IC設計業和培養忠誠度高顧客群。

The subject of this study is to examine the key operation factors for wafer fabrication manufacturers in Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park. The study carried by interviewing wafer fabrication manufactures and collecting second class information. And analyzed and find out what operation factors are playing critical roles in the perspectives of manufacturing, marketing, organization, Research, Finance, and Information. The results of this study indicates that the key operation factors for wafer fabrication manufacturers are respective process line yield, valuing research and development, forming alliance with IC designers, and bringing up high loyalty customers.
