摘要: | 攪拌機適合使物質達到充分混合、攪拌、反應、溶解、分解、清洗或沉澱等操作,攪拌機主要包括攪拌槽、攪拌器、和驅動馬達。 傳統上使用的攪拌機的攪拌器大都只有對中心軸公轉而沒有自轉運動,為了達到充分混合槽內物質的目的,本研究提出新型攪拌機,亦即槽內的攪拌器除了傳統攪拌機繞中心主軸公轉外,攪拌器本身亦在公轉過程中,也做自轉運動,因此研究過程乃利用電腦數值模擬傳統與新型攪拌機在攪拌過程的槽內流場變化,並必較兩種不同情況攪拌槽內流體流場之差異 A mixer which mainly includes tank, mixing blade, center axis and motor is often used to make materials to be mixed uniformly and completely. Traditionally, the mixing blade rotated by the motor revolves center around the axis and does not revolve on its own axis. For making materials mixed more uniformly and completely, a new mixer is proposed in this study. The mixing blade not only revolves around the center axis but also revolves on its own axis. Flow visualization technique is adopted to observe variations of flow fluid and numerical method is used to calculate flow patters. The results validate the performance of the new mixer is superior to that of the traditional one. |
