摘要: 核能發電乃重要的能源開發政策之一,但也由於其發生危害的後果非常嚴重,故一般民眾常質疑核能電廠的安全性,所以提高安全性往往是許多專家及核能電廠所著重的目標。 主控制室是整個核能運轉系統的控制樞紐,一個優良的主控制室系統介面必須能有效地降低運轉員的工作負荷、提升運轉員的作業績效,以提高系統的安全性。近年來因為電腦的快速發展,使得電腦輔助系統發展以幫助運轉員操作。而電腦介面的設計,也由原本類比式的顯示介面,進而發展成數位顯示、物體顯示、及最為先進的生態介面設計。 本研究就以人機介面設計原理為基礎,針對核能運轉系統中最重要的沸水式飼水系統為對象,設計數位顯示、物體顯示、生態介面顯示等三種介面,並在無時間壓力及50%時間壓力下,分別量測其診斷時間、診斷正確率、狀況覺察等作業績效,並訪談受試員於操作過程中還得到了哪些其他訊息。 實驗結果顯示,在無時間壓力下,物體顯示、生態介面顯示呈現較佳的績效;而在50%時間壓力下,生態介面顯示呈現較佳的績效。
Nuclear power is one of important power developing policies. But its consequences are very terrible, so people often doubt its safety. Many experts and nuclear power plants have focused on approach to improve safety. Control room is the control center in nuclear power system. A good control system interface must reduce operator’s workload, increase operator’s effects and system safety. Recently, computer technology develop fastly, computer aided system is developed to help operator. Human-Computer interface design use digital, object, ecological display to replace analog display. This research based on theory of Human-Computer interface. We measure their diagnose time, correct rate, and situation awareness scores by digital, object, and ecological display. And analysis their feedback in the operate process. The experimental results show that object display and ecological display appear better effects in unbounded time stress. Ecological display appears better effects in 50% time stress.
