台灣的資訊產品代工製造業者提供了國際資訊大廠快速、低成本、高品質的代工生產,甚至產品開發等服務,許多資訊產品出貨量高居全世界第一。然而隨著東南亞國家、大陸生產技術不斷提昇,並以低成本優勢爭取國際資訊大廠代工訂單,台灣資訊產品代工製造之龍頭地位已受到威脅,業者所面臨的挑戰日益艱鉅,而瞭解顧客的需求、提供顧客所真正需要的服務便成了未來致勝的關鍵。國際資訊大廠在挑選代工廠商時,均有其嚴謹完整的評選標準,本研究除歸納出國際資訊大廠選擇代工製造廠商時的主要考量構面及準則外,並運用層級分析法探討國際資訊大廠對各考量構面、準則之相對權重。研究對象包括美國、日本、台灣的資訊大廠和台灣的代工製造業者,問卷總計發放210份,有效問卷共計83份。研究結果顯示國際資訊大廠評選下單對象所考量之重點,以代工業者運籌與成本考量之構面(0.406)為最高;其次為技術考量之構面(0.363);而代工者所在地區整體環境考量之構面(0.231)較低。十二項評量準則之權重,以成本效益佳(0.133)最為重要、其次依序為品質與可靠度高(0.131)、交期短且準確(0.128),最低為關稅與運輸成本較低(0.047)。同時發現代工業者與客戶之意見有所差異;美國、日本與台灣資訊大廠意見亦有所差異。本研究結果有助於資訊產品代工製造廠商了解顧客之需要、以及擬定公司未來競爭策略以提昇競爭力。 Abstract The contract manufacturers in Taiwan have provided time to market, low cost and high quality manufacturing services to Name-Brand Manufacturers. Many information products manufactured in Taiwan are in the first place in the global market according the shipment but the challenges from South-Eastern Asian countries and China are fierce than ever. The purpose of this paper is to find out the major criteria to evaluate EMS providers by Name-Brand Manufacturers. The AHP method is using to figure out the weights of each criterion and the results show logistics and costs dimension is most important to the Name-Brand Manufacturers, the technology dimension is the second, and environment consideration is the third. As to the criteria, cost-effectiveness is gaining more weight than the others. Besides, we also find the different opinions in US, Japan and Taiwan Name-Brand Manufacturers. |
