dc.description.abstract本篇論文前段提出一個應用於802.11 a, b, g之射頻前端模組,其模組包含了一個天線分集(diversity)收發切換(T/R)開關、接收路徑上的低雜訊放大器(LNA)、發射路徑上的功率檢測器(Power Detector)及內埋的六個濾波器電路,包括兩個帶通濾波器、兩個低通濾波器與兩個分頻器(Diplexer)。此模組是利用低溫共燒陶瓷(LTCC)為載板,將低雜訊放大器、天線分集(diversity)收發切換(T/R)開關及功率檢測器所用使到之蕭基二極體與集總元件罝於載板之上,濾波器則設計於載板之內。後段則是提出一個將天線與濾波器整合之模組,利用多層式之低溫共燒陶瓷製程來設計,不僅大幅縮小了傳統平面式倒F天線之體積,且場型也有全向性之特色,更將天線與前端模組整合為一。zh_TW
