dc.description.abstract本論文提出步階阻抗式之微小化低通濾波器,利用指插式電容在一、三段產生適當耦合,使截止帶響應具有三個傳輸零點。此濾波器具有極小的面積,通帶有良好的介入損失及截止帶具有三個傳輸零點的優點。文中以奇偶模態分析其等效電路,並探討指插式電容值與零點位置的關係,選取適當的電容量值可以得到具三零點之截止帶響應。最後實作數個電路驗證等效電路以及模擬結果;並且利用串接兩不同截止頻率之低通濾波器可達到寬截止帶響應,實作量測與模擬結果相當一致。zh_TW
