dc.description.abstract本論文完成單軸智慧型高功率驅動級保護電路之積體電路設計, 論文包含單軸驅動電路的溫度過熱保護(over-temperature protection)和過壓保護(over-voltage protection),並整合於積體電路中,符合TSMC 0.8μm BiCMOS 2P2M 40V/40V製程。其中過熱保護保護的功能乃是藉連串二極體電路構成的。,過熱時二極體的導通電壓會隨溫度不同而變化,並透過雙級比較器(comparator),來判斷保護機制是否啟動。過壓保護則利用限壓檢測電晶體,在有效時段內測得導通跨電壓,並透過比較器和雙穩態多諧震盪器控制電路,所有電路已經由電路模擬軟體HSPICE驗證。無論是正常操作或故障狀況的模擬,保護系統皆有優異的系統響應。由於保護電路有自動鎖住及適時自動解開的功能,確保了功率元件在操作上之安全效能。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis proposed a design of an auto-protection integrated circuit for a high power inverter leg. The circuit has two protection functions, over-temperature protection and over-conduction-voltage protection. All component models in the circuit are set to match those provided by process of TSMC 0.8μm BiCMOS 2P2M 40V/40V. The over-temperature protection function is realized by using a series of temperature sensing diodes. The conduction voltage of a series of diodes varies with the temperature, and is also sensed by a two-stage-comparator to over-drive the protection circuit. The over-voltage protection function is realized by sensing the crossing voltage of the power switch. This voltage is detected through a novel synchronous circuit to generate a reliable sensing signal. All the protection function can be locked automatically and released automatically in the beginning of every PWM cycle. Therefore, the power switches can be protected reliably through our design.en_US
