摘要: 本研究藉由組織變革前後之差異,以及員工對於組織承諾的關係,探討公司對於組織變革的態度,希望能透過本身對於瑞士百瑟集團在台子公司的了解及問卷之調查,所得之結果,提供同業或異業參考。本研究以瑞士百瑟集團在台子公司為母體,共有有效問卷63份進行分析。 本研究之主要目的如下: 1. 探討組織承諾與組織變革的理論內涵。 2. 探討員工之基本資料變數在於組織變革前與組織承諾是否有顯著關係。 3. 探討於組織變革前(後)的組織承諾態度之差異分析。 4. 探討員工之基本資料變數於組織變革態度是否有顯著關係。
This study is to research on corporations'attitude towards organization restructuring by looking into the contrasts before and after the restructuring, and the employees' commitments to the organization. This study is base on Taiwan subsidiaries of the Swiss company "Unaxis". Through the researcher's understanding of the company and the result of the questionaire, it can provide as a reference in the future. In total of 63 effective questionaies are collected and analyzed. The goals of this study are: 1. Research on the philosophy of restructuring and commitments 2. Research on the relationship of employees' personal background before restructuring and commitment 3. Analyze the difference between commitment before restructuring and after restructuring 4. Research on the relationship of employees' background and the organization restructuring.
