摘要: 本論文探討台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司之間接人員員工對「工作滿意」、「組織承諾」、「職涯發展」的看法與變數之間的關聯性。 本研究以抽樣調查的方式取得七十份有效問卷,經由敘述統計、F檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關矩陣等統計方法進行分析,歸納以下幾點結論: 1. 台積電員工整體的工作滿意度度高,組織認同程度高,對職涯發展的看法較為發散。 2. 台積電員工工作滿意、組織承諾、職涯發展的程度互相呈正向相關。 透過本研究發現,台積電員工普遍工作滿意度高、認同組織,這說明台積電在人力資源管理可以繼續維持很強的競爭力,但是對於員工的職涯發展則要再強化,如此才能持續吸引、留住與培育優秀的人才。
This thesis studies employees’ ”Work satisfaction”, ”Organization commitment” and ”Career” and their correlation. Seventy of indirect employees of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. LTD. (TSMC) are investigated by questionnaires. This study used a lot of statistical methods including description statistics, F test, t test, one way ANOVA and Person correlation analysis to analyze TSMC employees’ thought. There are three major conclusions: 1. Most TSMC employees have high work satisfaction and organization commitment but not consistent on career. 2. There are positive correlations between work satisfaction, organization commitment and career. According to above conclusions, TSMC employees have high work satisfaction and organization commitment. It means TSMC perform successful human resource policy. However, employee’s career developing seemed to need more emphasis in TSMC.
