以波特五力分析研究公眾區域無線網路之競爭力及未來趨勢

Abstract

本研究嘗試利用波特的五力分析來找出在公眾區域提供無線上網此一加值服務的競爭力，並將公眾區域的範圍界定在咖啡店，提供以無線上網 (WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network) 之加值服務可能帶來的商機與問題做一研究，從分析結果中找出在公眾區域提供無線上網的競爭力所在，以及未來在此產業可能的趨勢與變化。

The study tries to fined the competitive advantages of providing new technology -WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) service in public places by the “Five Forces Model” which was raised by Dr. Michael E. Porter. This study defined the public places in coffee shops where most of businessmen will choose it as their base outside company. Through the examination with the “Five Forces Model”, it allowed us to point out the impact and opportunities in this new technology industry and also help us to predict potential development trends accordingly
