dc.description.abstract | 農產品服務系統運用物聯網的即時性、針對性、正確性等特性,建立有利於使用者作最佳的決策的平台。此產業的專業知識涵量高、技術複雜度高、跨領域整合度高的創新服務產業,具備知識密集型服務業特性極適合本研究所採用的創新密集服務平台模式來分析。 本研究應用創新密集服務分析模式架構,從內部服務價值活動與外部資源涵量為主體分析構面,其中內部服務價值活動分析包含服務設計、測試認證、市場行銷、配銷活動、售後服務、支援活動等六大類核心關鍵因素的控制能力;而外部資源則強調互補資源、研究發展、產品設計、產品製造、服務提供、市場行銷、其他客戶等七大類外部資源關鍵因素的掌握程度,最後輔以四種客製化程度與五種創新方式所組成成的4X5 矩陣對兩大主體的差異分析,以了解未來的策略發展趨勢。 在實證結果上顯示,農產品物聯網服務系統產業現在定位策略為「流程創新/特定型服務」,未來(5~10年)策略應根據「產品創新/專屬型服務」或「產品創新/選擇型服務」。在未來策略定位下,服務價值活動以「服務設計」、「行銷」為重要核心構面;外部資源涵量則是以「研發/科學」、「技術」、「生產」、「服務」、「其他使用者」為關鍵構面。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis applies an integrated model of innovation intensive services (IIS) to portray the future strategic prospects of the Agricultural Product Information Service via the Internet of Things. Research methods include literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and statist iced analyses to assess key success factors of value activities and externalities. The internal value activities include Service Design, Validation of Testing, Marketing, Delivery, After Service and Supporting Activities, and the Externalities include Complementary Assets Supplier, R&D/Science, Technology, Production, Servicing, Market and Other Users. By structuring a 4x5 matrix, encompassing four service packages and five innovation modes, we elucidated the strategic positioning and future development trend of the industry. Results show the present positions as Restricted Service / Process Innovation. In the next 5-10 years, it is expected to move to the position of the Unique Service / Product Innovation or Selective Service/Product Innovation. The critical core competences include Design and Marketing, while the critical externalities activities include R&D/Science, Technology, Production, Servicing, and Other Users. | en_US |
