摘要: 無縫運輸是整合現有公共運輸資源,提升公共運輸使用效率,以達到端點至端點全程無縫的及門運輸服務,進而增加民眾使用公共運輸之意願的概念。良好設計的班表,可以大幅減少在轉乘的等候時間,對於提昇公共運輸的使用率有著極大的助益。 本研究主要為發展一數學模式,在滿足車輛運行時間、使用車輛數、發車班次數等限制的前提下,以最小化轉乘時間為目標,產生合適的主要路線與次要路線之班表。為了考慮實務需要,本研究以前述模式為基礎,另行發展出最小化最大值、尖峰、離峰以及固定時間點發車等多種不同情境的模式。 本研究以新竹高鐵站之聯外接駁車,如國光 1782、藍線以及綠線進行模式的實例測試,發現在相同的營運環境下,本研究所產生的班表均能夠顯著改善目前所使用的班表。
Seamless transportation is a concept of integrating existing public transportation resources. The main purpose is to improve efficiency in the use of public transportation, and moreover increasing the willingness of passengers taking public transportation. A well-designed timetable could reduce the transfer waiting time significantly, and thus improve the willingness to adopt the public transportation. The main contribution of this research is to develop a mathematical model to generate timetables for both major and feeding routes while minimizing the total transfer waiting time and satisfy all the required constraints, such as number of available vehicles and number of required trips. In order to meeting practical needs, we extend our model to some different variations. They are minmax model, peak and off-peak model, and fixed time model, respectively. Each of these models addresses different practical operation circumstance. We use Hsinchu high speed rail and the shuttle buses, like route of Guoguang 1782, the blue lines and green line, as the testing examples of the models. The testing results show that the timetables generated by the proposed model are all better than the existing ones.
