摘要: | 企業的競爭優勢,無法被外界輕易補捉,因此本研究沿用Tang與Liou(2010)資源構型模型,利用 2008年前後期績效指標推導出資源構型,以此觀察軟體產業中競爭優劣勢。此外藉由競爭優劣勢歸納出前期的策略族群為「知識領導型」、「運疇管理型」、「價值創造型」,後期策略族群為「產品創新型」、「顧客關係型」、「資產運用型」。研究結果顯示前期「價值創造型」與後期「產品創新型」有相對較佳的績效。若以主要營運項目來觀察,則以服務導向的業者績效高於產品導向業者,此結果反映出軟體產業的趨勢變化,冀盼能提供後進者與現行業者在擬定策略藍圖之參考。 Company's competitive advantages are difficult to be captured by outsiders. Based on Tang & Liou’s(2010) theoretical framework, this study is utilizing financial ratios between early and late 2008 to deduce the resource configurations of software industry. The configurations are used to explore competitive advantages of the industry. In accordance with competitive advantages we can conclude that the strategies used in earlier stage are "knowledge driven", "administrative support", "value creation" and those of in later stage are "product innovation", "customer relationship", and "assets management". The result of this research indicates that the strategies of "value creation" in earlier stage and "product innovation" in later stage have better performance than the others. It also reveals that the performance of companies with strategy of service orientation are better than companies with product orientation strategy in this field. The study is able to illustrate the strategy transformation in software industry, as well as to provide reference to assist companies in setting up their strategy framework. |
