摘要: 隨著時代的發展與科技的進步,近幾年立體顯示技術快速地成長,跟隨著3D概念的推廣,相關3D數位影像產品的應用日漸普及化,應用的領域涵括廣泛,並已經成為眾人關注的焦點。 由於立體影像產業蓬勃發展,立體影像顯示產品與附加產品的產業市場日益擴大;本論文研究的對象是應用於投影系統之已商品化快門眼鏡,其屬於眼鏡式立體顯示技術領域,消費者可搭配立體影像顯示設備,使用快門眼鏡觀看立體影像。 研究中針對快門眼鏡,從產品概念設計到量產階段,進行相關設計評估與驗證,並參考一般眼鏡設計理論,導入快門眼鏡結構設計,搭配電腦輔助設計與產品缺陷要因分析,將可有效地縮短開發設計流程,降低產品相關成本,期能設計出符合人體工學,讓消費者配戴舒適,而且達到便利收藏、攜帶、操作與環保的快門眼鏡。 最後將此研究結果及獲得的經驗回饋於產品開發,希望能制定出一套最優化的設計指南,作為日後產品開發的設計準則,能以快速且有效率的方法導入產品開發流程中,成為日後設計發展的重要參考依據,使工程人員的設計、問題分析能力與產品品質獲得有效的提升。
With the development of technologies in recent years, stereoscopic technologies have shown rapid improvement. The concept of 3D is promoted, and 3D-related digital video products have drawn attention because of gradually popularized applications and comprehensively applied fields. The thriving 3D industry facilitates the market expansion for 3D imaging products and related augmented products. This study focuses on shutter glasses, a commercialized application of projection systems. This product belongs to the field of stereoscopic technologies that use eyeglasses, with which consumers can perceive 3D images or videos produced by 3D display equipment. This study evaluated and verified the design process of shutter glasses, from product-concept design stage to mass production. In addition, based on theories on typical eyeglasses design, a structural design for shutter glasses is introduced into the design process. Using computer-aided design and factor analysis on product deficiencies, the developmental and design processes can be effectively simplified with lower costs. Portable, usable, and environmental shutter glasses, which are designed to satisfy ergonomics, are comfortable to wear, and can be easily stored. The results and empirical experience of this study can be applied to product development, for which an optimal design guide can then be established as the design guideline for future product development. Moreover, the guideline is expected to be introduced into the product development process rapidly and efficiently as a critical reference for subsequent design development. Consequently, engineering designs, analytic abilities, and product quality are effectively enhanced.
