dc.description.abstract本研究的目的是藉由降低LED燈具的成本價格,促使LED燈具加快取代傳通燈具,由於LED燈具有節能以及壽命長的優點可減少能源浪費以及汙染造成,進而達到節能減碳並減緩全球暖化問題。 直下式入光的LED燈具成本結構的組成有LED燈條、擴散板、擴散片、稜鏡片、反射片、外殼等等,其中稜鏡片與擴散片的成本約佔15%,此研究的目標就是藉由改良創新擴散板微結構設計,達到減少一片擴散片以及一片稜鏡片的使用,新設計之擴散片組合需達到現有架構光學輝度Gain值90%以上以及更均勻的擴散能力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to reduce the cost of light-emitting diode (LED) lighting and accelerate the transition from traditional lighting. LED lighting is energy-efficient and endurable, thereby preventing energy overuse and pollution and alleviating problems related to carbon dioxide emissions and global warming. The cost of direct LED lighting comprises the costs for an LED light bar, diffuser plate, diffuser sheets, brightness enhancement films (BEFs), reflector, and casing. The BEFs and diffuser sheets account for approximately 15% of the direct LED lighting costs. This study improves the micro lens design of the diffuser plate and eliminates one diffuser sheet and one BEF from the structure. The newly designed diffuser sheet composition possesses a brightness gain that exceeds 90% of that of the existing structure and diffuses light uniformly.en_US
