摘要: 在汽车道路环境中,采用交互多模-联合机率资料相关结合(Interacting Multiple Model-Joint Probabilistic Data Association; IMM-JPDA)技术于汽车雷达追踪系统可有效的提升系统效能。在本论文中,吾人针对汽车雷达提出低复杂度多目标追踪演算法。相对于IMM-JPDA演算法,低复杂度多目标追踪演算法大量的减少关联事件矩阵(Association Event Matrix)的产生以及简化边界关联事件机率的数学表示式(Marginal Association Event Probability)。为了将轨迹的起始以及终结纳入整个追踪系统中,吾人提出轨迹管理的方法提供纪录参数给在视野中的每个目标物并且将整个轨迹的生命周期视为一种生灭程序(Birth-Death Process)。为了进一步提升所提出追踪演算法的效能,吾人提出删除错误观测(False Measurement)的方法来保护真正的目标物。藉由电脑模拟验证所提方法可良好运作在汽车雷达之环境。
Adopting the IMM-JPDA technique in automotive radar tracking systems can improve the performance in automotive environments. In this thesis, a low complexity multi-target tracking algorithm is proposed. Compared to the IMM-JPDA algorithm, the proposed algorithm substantially reduces the generation of feasible event matrices and simplifies the equation of marginal association event probability. To take the track initialization and termination into consideration, we propose a track management method which provides recording parameters to the targets in FOV and regards the life of track as a birth-death process. To further improve the performance of the proposed tracking algorithm, we also propose a false measurement deletion method for protecting the true target. Finally, computer simulation results are included to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
