dc.description.abstract本篇論文由兩個部分組成,包含了5/60 GHz雙模態接收機,以及一個在通帶外具有傳輸零點的主動帶通濾波器。 第二章將會說明5/60 GHz雙模態接收機的電路設計。此接收機使用0.18-μm製程,並利用蕭基二極體(ft接近200 GHz)設計被動混頻器來處理60 GHz訊號,以解決電晶體ft在0.18-μm製程中過低的問題,此外,在5 GHz訊號路徑中加入主動射頻通道選擇濾波器,取代一般接收機架構中使用的中頻通道選擇濾波器,來實現兩個頻帶間相差極大的頻寬輸出。 第三章會介紹主動濾波器的設計流程,其初始概念由傳輸線實現,經轉換後變成集總式電路,之後會分析傳輸零點的產生原理,以及使用變壓器耦合的品質因子增強電路。此濾波器植入損耗約為0 dB,中心頻率可調範圍達200 MHz,傳輸零點可將訊號壓低至25 dB以上。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis consists of two parts, including a 5/60 GHz dual-mode receiver and an active bandpass filter with transmission zeros beside passband. In chapter 2, the circuits in 5/60 GHz dual-mode receiver will be illustrated. It is implemented in 0.18-μm echnology. A passive mixer is designed for 60 GHz signal to solve the insufficient ft problem in 0.18-μm technology by using schottky diode of which the ft is nearly 200 GHz. Furthermore, instead of an IF channel-select filter in common receiver architecture, an active RF channel-select filter on 5 GHz path is proposed to maintain the large different bandwidth between two bands. Chapter 3 introduces the active filter from its origin concept, which is formed by transmission line, to the lumped circuit. The transmission zeros will be analyzed rigidly and the quality factor enhanced circuit using transformer coupled will be discussed. The insertion loss is about 0 dB. The tuning range of center frequency is 200 MHz. And the transmission zeros can suppress unwanted signals more than 25 dB.en_US
