摘要: 資訊技術的創新與發展近年來呈現倍數般的成長,尤其是雲端運算具有集中管理與資訊整合的特性,對中小企業在營運上可以帶來相當大的助益。中小企業除了必須因應環境的變遷而進行組織的調整與變革外,還可以將ERP系統結合雲端運算,形成雲端ERP系統,有效的利用資訊科技的新技術,規劃和配置企業內部的資源,運用雲端ERP系統提升組織管理的效率,進而為企業帶來競爭上的優勢。 本研究內容以實務案例,運用Leavitt(1965)所提出的組織變革模型,探討中小企業公司之分散式ERP系統架構的現狀,並說明個案公司在組織變革與導入雲端ERP系統後,預期對組織管理所產生的影響與效益。
Innovation and development of information technology in recent years show a multiple growth; especially the cloud computing, which has features of centralized management and information integration, can bring considerable benefits for SMEs operations. The SMEs must respond to changes in the environment and execute organizational adjustment and change. Moreover, they can combine ERP systems with cloud computing to be Cloud ERP systems of which effective use of new technologies in information technology, planning and configuration of internal resources. The Cloud ERP system, can be adopted to improve the efficiency of the organization management, and then to bring a competitive advantage for SMEs. This research uses practical cases based on the organizational change model proposed by Leavitt (1965) to describe the status of the distributed ERP system architecture in the SMEs companies, and discuss the generated impacts and benefits of the case company, after the organization management and implementation of the cloud ERP systems.
